Theory

Effective management of the HP control strategy on Danfoss and Carel controllers.
Selection criteria for the different ejector technologies according to the application.
Interactions between the refrigeration rack, supervisory system and refrigerated loads in flooded operation.
Oil management strategies for CO₂ booster racks with and without ejectors.
Operating principles of the Friga-Bohn All-in Ejector concept.
Heat recovery principles and energy optimisation strategies.
Best practices for commissioning and validation of system operation.

Hands-on training

Set HP control parameters on Danfoss and Carel controllers using pressure visuals and recommendations for each setting.
Identify and troubleshoot the different types of ejectors.
Configure and validate flooded operation between the refrigeration rack, supervisory system and refrigerated loads.
Analyse oil management on CO₂ booster racks with and without an ejector.
Troubleshoot the LP ejector on Friga-Bohn All-in Ejector racks.
Validate the correct operation of a CO₂ refrigeration system equipped with ejectors, following a methodology that can be applied upon arrival on site.
Optimise heat recovery and its settings in line with Carel and Danfoss best practices.
Prepare for and complete the Expert multiple-choice assessment.

Training Methods

The course combines advanced theory, guided hands-on exercises and work on operational CO₂ systems. Sessions focus in particular on high-pressure control, ejectors, flooded operation, oil management and heat recovery, supported by experienced Friga-Bohn trainers. Training materials and lunch are included. The programme includes theoretical and practical assessments.
